The tenth mix for the season 2019–2020. For this Hommage, combined is a tiny batch of pure frambozenlambik with a co-maceration of raspberries and sour cherries, but have changed the fruit proportions. That being said, this Hommage is a little unusual. There are 493 grams of whole fruits per liter of Hommage at the end of the weighted maceration process, which takes an average of 5.5 months. 54% of the berries are sour cherries and 46% are rapsberries, which are all supplied from Ferme Framboos. Lastly also included is a sizable amount of lambik that was brewed at the start of 2018 and aged for two years. Six distinct brews and four distinct casks are the source of all lambikken.
